Internally Torres Hardscape understand the dynamic interaction of all the contributors to the delivery of a project specifically the client teams, designers of all disciplines, engineers, quantity surveyors, project managers and the contractor personnel having had many years' experience of working integrally on domestic, commercial and government contracts.
